After about 45 minutes of laying on my back still with a clear mind and positive vibes I got a urge to turn onto my side. I fought it for a few moments until it was nearly unbearable. As soon as I turned to my side (with my eyes closed) my what I’d imagine is my third eye opened to see a very beautiful woman next to me. We both looked at each other at the same time and we both opened our mouth in shock at the same time as if we both mirrored each other being both frightened and surprised. I immediately opened my eyes in utter astonishment.

I have been studying self actualization a lot recently because I have felt lost for years. Recently, I discovered my original self, the root of me before it was corrupted by the influence of the world. Interestingly, when I made that discovery, it felt like the true me came from a place that was dark but filled with a rich blue color. Today, I found out that color is associated to this chakra as well as awakening and enlightenment. I meditated for maybe about 20 minutes… i was also chanting. I started feeling like I was floating… I could feel a light between my eyes… and it felt super bright. I also could see in my center a bright white light.. it was bright almost like the sun. I was asking for Guidance on what my purpose was. I saw a stage… a big stage. A microphone. I saw myself on stage, speaking. I heard the message “speak your truth. For your voice is your power.” I started feeling like I was being lifted and then I started repeating this out loud. Kept seeing the stage, the microphone. As I was breaking out of the meditation, I started crying.. the light got dimmer. Then it faded out.. but the message is so strong. Just wow. This was so intense for me. But I feel lighter.

I just meditated like 20 minutes. From that about 18 on my third eye an the rest on my heart chakra. Im here because since I can remember I have really bad post nasal drip.. at random times throughout the year but especially during winter to spring transition. I recently discovered that sinuses are linked with the third eye chakra being imbalanced, im sure that’s not the only chakra I need to work on for sure but its the one that my body has pretty much been screaming at me to take care of for many many years apparently, since I was a toddler.. major block for some reason, I hope this helps. Same! A new med opened my 3rd eye by accident. Next thing I know I'm flying fast through clouds to deep sky through wormholes then back out to the sky then back home so I've been back a couple times but I think you must fast first to clear your eyes up if they ant purposefully shielding.
