Mark, I think this is a good idea to put homes that you have for sale on you tube. That way more people can see then and if there interested they can get in touch with you. I think you should tell the price. People just need to realize the price can change. I watch your videos on my IPad. And I have always found it interesting to hear the price of the properties that you show.

Yeah, I have on some other videos and it just gets confusing for potential buyers because they hear the price on the video which may have been shot several months ago and the price may have changed significantly at the current time. I really like telling the price, but it has been so confusing for our audience. I put the link to the MLS listing in the video description and of course that is always up to date.

The condition of that road (18:56) got me wondering where the main county/state road in the *lower* keys was prior to 1938. The car ferry docked to the lower keys road system at No Name Key. If you look at 27999 Barracuda Dr you'll see where *4A* used to veer towards Big Pine onto a wooden bridge (network) which no longer exists. Look at where *4A* is on No Name Key which turns into Watson Blvd on Big Pine you'll clearly see the path of the old road.
