If you're a foreign worker facing any form of abuse from your Canadian employer, you may be eligible to apply for an open work permit. An open work permit will enable you to work for any employer in Canada and leave your abusive employer.

It depends. There is no direct vulnerable worker to PR program as such, but H&C, PNP, etc might be an option, specially once you gain some experience and spend sometime on an open work permit.

I came under the pretense that I’d be paid x amount and even under a contract that specified that… however my employer has never paid that. He’s underpaid me ever since I got here and says he’s going to pay but doesn’t increase the pay. How long does this process take to get reviewed by immigration?

Yes, you need a new LMIA though, and need to apply to update the WP.

@rashid_ali I am really willing to take an appointment with you, but first, I would like to know if any employer hires any foreign employee by LMIA as a supervisor, but after coming employee here in Csnada, the employer want to use him / her as a crew and deny to give the Supervisorial position, is it under any condition for applying vulnerable worker or not ??? Please reply this, and then I will discuss it with you more in detail while I book an appointment.
