It's something singers learn to do and practice over and over again, she has to warm up before every show to do stuff like that. Over time it gets stronger and easier.

I agree, and the screams come from the diaphragm, if you don’t use your diaphragm for screams, you will cause permanent damage over time, vocalists that haven’t used their diaphragm have been reported coughing up blood after each show

That´s the comment of someone who has been singing for a couple years, or someone who doesn´t sings at all... ¬¬ She has the voice that every singer has when they start to do more than 200 shows at year, instead of 60... And she is keeping her voice way better than most of the metal singers do... O.o Probabily when the week starts she has a way cleaner voice than after 3 or 4 shows every night... You obviously don't know what you're talking about at all. Screaming like that is not an issue if one takes time to warm up properly before the show and actually learns proper technique to scream. Make sure to do at least some research so that you at least don't make it too obvious that you're an idiot when you write stuff.
