OpenBVE NYC Subway Railfanning: Franklin Avenue Shuttle in the 1990s

This time back to the 1990s on the Franklin Avenue Shuttle during 2 periods:
-Early 1990s (1989-1996): 2 track operation with R32 Phase IIs, most of the line in bad shape (rust and graffiti), wooden platform portions closed off.
-Late 1990s (1997-1998): Right before renovation, still 2 track operation with R68s OPTO, line modified for 2-car operation (stations shortened), Dean Street closed and being dismantled, station canopies and walls repainted, new Park Place station house in construction, Fulton St El demolished and Franklin Avenue's fare control and exits modified.
