I didn't know this version of the R142A was made back then. I have that train with those trucks and detail and that compressor train sound is kinda loud. It has the R142B Side objects on it in the spare files which you could drag into the bin file to change the exterior side objects.

Trains passes some NYC station becasue they are Express lines. Example: E train does not stop at Elmhurst Avenue on the IND Queens Boulevard Line

Well I don't keep up on the MTA but I know that the (5) borrowed some R142A's from the (4) a couple years ago.

The panel is wrong. That's an R160/143 panel, not an R142/142A panel. And I believe R142A's have indeed been used on the (2) Line before

Actually, you can! just type in OpenBVE on google, and there should be something that says OpenBVE official page then it should say something about downloading. Or, you can go to KZbin and type in "How to download OpenBVE" and it should help you. :) It helped me.
