You can eat all the healthy stuff. Unhealthy crap was bad anyways. The video stresses that eat clean and no harm should come your way. Foodie can also mean a more clean eater than junk eater

If you don't change your diet you'll get frequent and worse galstone attacks anyways. Eating junk isn't good for your skin or organs anyways. I think within moderation you'd be fine. I got mine removed Friday and ate chips and salsa today and was fine.

My Mother is 58 Year and 2 years back shw had gall bladder surgury. She drinks Tea On Daily Basis I know it's not good for her but I want to change her habit from tea to green tea, it is good for her or not??? Pls help.
