Amazing to see those old 80's and 90's Mario games still complete and in beautiful shape! One reason why they're so hard to find still complete is because until the GameCube era, the boxes and packaging were all made of cardboard, foam, and paper. People back then also weren't aware of how valuable video games would become, so therefore they didn't care.

I somehow didn't notice that this is one of your 'evolution' videos rather than going through every mainline game in a series (or every game in a spin-off series), so thanks for your pinned comment! I also like that you're showing European releases (including your copy of SMB 1 which was released alongside the 'Mattel version' NES console), while most KZbinrs I had seen would show the North American releases instead.

Yep. I would of not opened Mario 1, 2 and 3 if he had that one. I would of held on to them unopened and collected them and put them in a trophy case glass in a man cave or something. Especially if they were the original copies from the 80's!
