OpenGL vs Vulkan PPSSPP 1.15.2

Vulkan is better on mali gpus (MediaTek) in some games (not all the games)

I'm doing tests with AetherSx2 I did in some games, Vulkan consumes more of the GPU but keeps the game unstable without bottlenecks at speed, while OpenGL consumes less GPU and leaves the Framerate unstable, This varies a lot from the game coz games that do not support a framerate above 30 on Vulkan generate some bugs of rendering, but in OpenGL it runs perfectly

vulkan is using all available core at a time while opengl uses only 1 core at a time thats why vulkan is faster and more energy saver than gl but its harder to code than gl
