I just started playing with this myself. You can define a item with it's mqtt command like this. mqtt=">[mosquitto:/house/control/433/10638601/24/:command:ON:0]. Then in Habpanel you can use, for instance a button and define the "Command Value" as "ON". It will then execute the mqtt command associated with that command.
