251 Oak Park Ave Toronto Open House Video Tour

Welcome to 251 Oak Park Avenue, a newly built custom home with a great location in Toronto’s Woodbine-Lumsden community of East York.

At least the stairs are closed in this house. Why always glass balustrades though? Imagine the sticky hand prints? Also, how well insulated are these properties against the Canadian winters? But this is a lovely home. Not too big and nicely proportioned.

These houses are very beautiful, but I honestly do not understand why north american houses (Canada and Usa) have often two living rooms. Is not one enough? Do you use both? They are fancy to see but do they have a real different use? One for guests and the other one for the family? In this case, I think the dining space is very small. With a better organisation they might have two better spaces: living room and kitchen with a dedicated space for the table. I was wondering because we don’t have it in Europe.

Livingroom is a bit small. To look spacious the trick is they use smaller sizes fixtures/furniture. It's a descent house probably cost 1.5 m depending on its location
