Well done video. It walks the viewer through the house showing how spaces relate to each other. So many house "videos" are nothing more than a stitched together series of still photos in no particular order. This one is a walk through the house. The camera work is very smooth, I'd love to know how it's done. The wide angle lens lets one see it on screen as the eye perceives things in reality. A lot of interior photography shows little more than furniture and some flooring. This is a high quality marketing video.

Overall the design is nice. The only thing I would change is that I would put the laundry room on the top floor vs. in the basement. All of the bedrooms are up there and that's where people take off & put on their clothing. Otherwise the person doing the laundry will be climbing up & down three flights of stairs every time the wash is done.

Dee Dee , I live in a three story townhouse and my laundry room is off the kitchen on the middle floor. It's not bad. Even with a laundry chute , you'd still have to climb two sets of stairs to bring the laundry back and let's face it, it would suck after a hard work week.

Speaking for myself. I host a boardgame night and having dining area in front like that would be awesome. BTW, who say's you have to use it as a dining area? With a loveseat and a couple easy chairs, you can very easily use that area as a sitting area to entertain guests and you still got two other room choices to use as the family rooms.

lovely home. my only complaint is that it's not handicap or elderly accessible. for young or healthy or fully mobile people without significant health issues it's great, but for older people or for people with mobility issues, not so good. but it is lovely. for all the money that home clearly costs I would've liked the architect/builder to have designed more flexibility for a wider range of possible occupants
