Ms. Kan's home is gorgeous! Her front door is a stunning opener (heehee) to the rest of the home. I love all of the teapots and wish I could peek in every single one. And I love all the influence from across the Asian diaspora, just a very beautiful home

The 2nd one was on "million dollar listing NYC". It's FAR from QUIET. Actuallt very noisy because it on the corner of busy 7th Ave.

Sonja still trying to flog that townhouse! It’s a definite improvement but she should’ve saved her money the truth is it’s still tired looking (some of that furniture doesn’t help) and whoever buys it will definitely need to do a total renovation. My guess is rich folk who can afford that place aren’t prepared to pay a premium just bc Sonja Morgan lived there 🤷🏽‍♀️ they’d be looking for a bargain to cover reno costs.
