I think they finally realized that legendaries don’t feel so special anymore, and wanted to make it rarer. So they made it hard to get so the light brown pony might have some value for once

That's because the leg pets look like the common ones. When u see a bat, frost, shadow uk they are leg, but when u look to the new pets u see that that common pets are really simple and legs too. That's sad
