That's awesome your mom is realizing it's ok to like & have dolls. My friends & family are pretty supportive. I myself would've thought I was weird 10 yrs ago. But it's hobby that developed from crafting. I love dolls & I've been having lots of fun. It's a more common hobby than most people realize. I follow many KZbinrs & FB groups & to see how many people follow or belong is alot ! I never knew when I started 5 yrs ago. We ARE weird & I'm ok with that. Weird is fun. And we're not alone. 👍

@@Ministitches Support for the hobby is like that, I was worried what my grown up children especially the boys would think when they found out I collected and altered dolls, I needn't have worried they were and are great about it. I now have guilt free enjoyment.

Odile Mermaid!!! Yay ! I changed her on a mtm body. Blue yoga on Amazon, BUT, I did like the Mermaid body too, so I put blue yoga head on the Mermaid body & still display it.

I like the Color & Create RH dolls too ! I use Rit Dye on their hair. Want to try fabric dye some day for clothes. I have used fabric markers on one outfit & that came out alright.
