I went as a kid to watch pyramid of light. My grandma took me. I got a blue eyes shining out both packs. I gave one to some other kid who was really sad he didn’t get one. I ended up trading the other one.

I was so upset that I got a Watapon in my pack instead of Blue Eyes Shining that I started crying and the person behind the ticket counter wanted me to stop so she gave me another pack which ended up having Blue Eyes Shining in it lol

I went to see the first Yu-Gi-Oh movie with my sister and got something bad from both packs. After the movie though there was no one at the front desk and she convinced me to reach my hand over to grab some more. I ended up getting everything except for Watapon. I also got 2 of those boosters without knowing all the cards would be the same.

I was always a huge Yugioh fan as a kid and I went to the movie when it came out and I felt like an absolute God when I got Blue eyes shinning dragon. Seeing now that it wasn't worth a ton honestly make me much happier just cause I'm able to buy it for a good price to feel the nostalgia I had when I was a kid. To me the older first ever made edition of it means so much more to me than the value of the secret rare edition in the newer packs.

I remember back when my dad was alive he took my brothers and myself to see the pyramid of light movie. We wanted to get more blue eyes shining dragons so we went back a second time. That time we went in they pulled the movie from the theatre and they gave us the rest of the 100 cards or something. We no longer have any of those cards

It can only be special summoned, so you might as well special summon something stronger, unless there's some combo that you really need its type and/or level for.

Dang I could not tell the difference at all between the movie boxes. To me I play and watch Yu Gi Oh openings and out of all the card games I feel like it is the worst when it comes to marketing sets with pack art and it is the worst when it comes to reprints. Like every fourth set I see has a blue eyes white dragon or a dark magician card in it. I mean magic has it’s reserves list and Pokémon just makes new cards for every main set outside of the first five I think basically after Legendary Collection was released and Evolutions was a one off money grab attempt.
