Actually Tuilaepa won Samoas bid to host the commonwealth forum. Lets give the credit where its due. Shall we? Of course Samoa was going to pull it off with the welcoming no matter who the adminisration was going to be. But lets not forget the hardest part of bringing the forum to Samoa was all Tuilapeas effort.
