I did Frank and Oak for a few months and it’s one of those boxes where you NEED to look at your items prior to shipping and change them around. It’s a lot less curated by a stylist imo and more so generated based off your quiz and what’s available for the box subscription. My first month I didn’t really get anything I was too excited for and then realized I could add and take away items about 3-5 days before the box shipped to curate it better for me.

Nothing. There is absolutely nothing you can do. I had this happen with a Filly Flair order and they refused to refund me. They said once they ship it, it’s no longer their responsibility and that I needed to file a police report for theft. Let’s just say they lost my business forever.

I have the same issue with jeans. I love dresses. It’s another whole issue for me because im hourglass shaped. Very small waist compared to too and bottom. It makes buying clothing so difficult.

As a clothing maker, the polka dot jumpsuit had SO MUCH potential and they just did it wrong. A higher quality fabric that's more airy than what they used, and if the dots lined up right it would have looked great.

The F&O (or whatever the company is) shipping story does not make sense. Why would UPS deliver to a place that is not on the direct package? They scan the barcode and send it to the zip code area ON THE BOX. Why would they take time and effort to send it to another place not on the box?

FiveFour at least for a time being had their own subscription styling box. My older brother ordered from them for a couple of years and the stuff is good quality and looks really sharp. I don’t know how much it was though or if it is still offered

so after watching, i have personally received items from nadine west and stitch fix. for me stitch fix didn't really send things i liked. i got jewelry and a purse and shoes and some clothes and nothing was my style, i don't wear different jewelry then what i have on at all times and i always had to send them back, for the purses to me they were pretty ugly, and the shoes were very uncomfortable. they were flats. the shirts were too bold or too flowery and i just couldn't do it. i got them twice and both times only kept maybe 1 or 2 items. for nadine west i had received i think 3 packages and i kept everything because the leggings were always nice and cute and the shirts were cute and very soft. some of the items were smaller than i liked after i kept them though and i gave them to my oldest daughter to wear, things like winter leggings that had lining inside they were made very small, and also this over shirt that was like a cardigan but it was see through and thin, couldn't do it. everything was pretty but i sent back the bracelets and earrings. i did keep some necklaces i thought were cute but still haven't worn them. each order i received probably 5-7 items and after i kept either everything or majority of the order it was between 80-130 in cost that i had to pay. i stopped getting it because i just can't afford it really even though it is really fun. so i love that you did this and i will definitely keep watching because i am a fan of the unboxing when i am too broke to unbox my own items haha.

I've watched quite a few unboxings of subscription services on various KZbin channels and the clothing usually seems very expensive and not very nice. I don't see the advantage of buying clothes this way. Both of the jeans they sent you were the wrong size! I saw one of your thrifting videos and what you got was MUCH nicer, obviously more sustainable and, of course, far cheaper. Also I'd have been flummoxed at having to prove something hadn't been delivered, especially as the company had charged you up front. Very interesting video.

I will say I love stitch fix but not their maternity styling. I got so many cute things until I got pregnant and started receiving maternity items. Everything I received for maternity was generally all lounge/fitness wear.
