Every time we go there for breakfast, I get: steak tip and eggs, med on the tips and over easy on the eggs. Extra mushrooms and onions, grits and white toast. Bob orders the exact same thing and it is always delicious!!! What is your go to for breakfast?

@deermeatfordinner I go there for lunch, and it's the fried seafood sampler. The little Jiffy store down the street on the corner of SR100 and US1 has the best fried chicken in the county. Have to get the early because it sells out fast!

After having 2 bad strokes just a couple months ago, Thank God 💪🙏 ! Great job maverick on trailing those 2 deer 🦌. You should share this video to Andrew Flair and show him the meaning of a good hunting/search dog! He just sling arrows at deers that he then never finds, just search a moment, finds lots of blood, follows it a bit, then looses the blood trail and give up. So many deers that KZbinr have killed just totally unnecessary because he refuses to use a dog in the after search. Get me so frustrated, he should watch this and learn! This is a REAL hunter with great moral and respect for the animals. Congratulations to a beautiful buck!🙏

Those sous vide cookers are AMAZING for red meat! I freeze beef in vacuum sealed bags, with seasoning already on the meat. Then, when I want to cook some, I take it out of the freezer and drop it immediately into the sous vide bath. No defrosting. No babysitting (even if you leave beef in for 24-48 hours, it's still good, but of course you don't have to wait that long). It's the ultimate system for when you're feeling lazy, or if you don't know when everybody will be hungry. Whenever you decide to eat, just take the meat out, and sear it (pat it dry first, so it sears properly). You can even put beef in before you go to work, and take it out when you get home, for instant dinner (not overcooked, either). A good combo with instant potatoes, etc. I also like it for chicken and pork, but usually only do a few hours (not sure if longer times will ruin them).

Robert, you need to try this with a back strap. Butterfly it so that it lays open flat. Marinate it in your favorite steak marinade overnight. Season with your favorite steak seasoning. Stuff with cream cheese and the non-spicy (for nachos) jalepenos. Close and wrap in bacon. Grill to medium rare. The bacon will cook crispy and the cream cheese will make a great sauce. I have never found one person that didn't love it this way!!!

Used to bow hunt Middle Haw Creek area back in the early 80's. In fact, I pretty much lived off the land for about 3 years. Not sure where you are, but I'm sure you wouldn't even recognize what Bunnel looked like back in those days. It was a great place for a kid with a bow, a shotgun, a 22LR and an assortment of fishing equipment. Kind of got me thinking about the "good old days", crabs, fish, hogs, deer, squirrel, dove, frogs, turkey, quail, turtles, crows, clams, heart of palm, shrimp, mushrooms, and oysters.

Been cooking sous vide for about eight years now. Would never go back. I put some Indonesian Kecap Manis (Sweet soy) and a bit of Chinese dark vinegar in the bag, and cook for one hour per inch of thickness. Sear for a minute on a side, and it's perfect every time. Even works on buffalo, which is really easy to overcook since it has so much less fat than beef.

Rob and Sarah, the ziplok freezer bags without the zipper are far more reliable for the sous vide. They sell them at Costco and it's a thicker plastic than a standard bag and they have double ziplock channels. Last thing you want is the potential for water in your bag.
