As a chef by trade I did appreciate the duck and the sauce to accompany it. I would recommend starting a cold pan and rendering the fat out first. The duck will release fat and cook in it. I’m a pansy. I’m bringing a small propane heater with me to the blind. Lol Those deer are gonna taste so good.

Doug was holding a Mr Buddy propane heater so your not the only one. I lit my boot on fire with a propane heater during this same weekend.

You had my attention at the start, like most hunting clips do but unlike the other shows you kept my attention all the way to the end. Got a subscription for it too. I look forward to more of your content.

Being a fan of Joe Rogan for a long time I feel it would be more of an honor to hunt with Steven Rinella. Meeting Joe would be an honor too but it's usually a short encounter, hunting with Steve would be a lifetime memory.

Hammering ducks, trapping beaver AND hunting whitetail???? That Duren Farm sounds like paradise to me.
