Hey man great video but have you ever in your playthrough gotten an ATV transmission from the GM crate? I've gotten tons of guns and settlement items and don't need any and just wanna focus on building the ATV, reply if you see this comment. Thanks.

I have only opened the GM crate 2 or 3 times and do not recall getting an ATV Transmission. It is listed as a reward, but is likely very rare.

The suburbs might never come in game like they teased laboratory trolley in 3rd floor bunker Charlie oil rig and other locations alike it’s shame on devs for trolling players for what they can’t provide actually

Well it's true ,but maybe we'll see something with the trolley in future because the suburbs's radio signal mentioned "Train to new Eden" ,maybe they'll connect it in someway ,I have little hope but if they'll be always making these big/small events instead of permanent content then it will take many years or it won't happen at all . We should be given updates like transport hub,settlement and lab more often with some story elements . For example I really liked the winter of despair event but It could have been easily permanent content and the winter zones could have some use after all ...

unlike Charlie and those other things (outside trolley) suburbs got teased and got it's own location, after finishing survival's path, so is likely in their priority list
