i have to say- the mermaid skirt looked so good!! As well as the cropped items. I want to say- hopefully fukubukuros are sometimes there to get you out of your comfort zone and try on styles you usually dont wear :))

For the crop top if you like the color and feel you could wear an under shirt tucked into high rise pants or skirt. For any of the sweater tucking them in your skirt or pants would give you more shape. Also I think with the blouse wearing them with overall or dresses of that does similar style could make a cute outfit. But of course you should do what make you feel amazing. Have a great new years~

I legit don't think that the striped sweater makes you look wider AT ALL!! It looks really cute! And I'm absolutely obsessed with the dress and green cardigan! Please keep the cardigan even if it's just to wear over one-pieces like that dress! Having the bottom of the cardigan fall at/around your natural waistline rather than longer like towards your hips actually really helps emphasize your natural good proportions!! 🤩

Whomever put together the Earth Music Eco bag did GOOD! If only I knew I was getting something comparable to that in every lucky pack! She should put together pocket wardrobes (like capsule wardrobes only smaller) and sell them. I would definitely buy one!! They’d be great for when your luggage doesn’t make it to your destination with you or you’re just too lazy to pack and figure out what you need. Like, three mix-and-match outfits (basically what you got w this). Perfect 👌 Edit: Ooo wow the Americanholic was great, too! You should definitely wear the striped cardi out bc it’s NICE! It doesn’t make you look big, it kind of does the opposite bc it’s oversized and it’s really cute. You look little and snuggly in it.

Girl 9?! You are unhinged and I love it. 🤣 The mermaid skirt is so cute, but if it was a size bigger I think it would suit you more. I hate clothes clinging to me as well, I like them more loose so I can breathe. The purple crop sweater looks adorable on you, but I don't think the green one really suits your style. That blue skirt is soooo adorable on you. The brown shirt I think you should get rid of though lol. And the striped shirt actually looks really cute on you. I think because it's huge it doesn't necessarily make you look bigger, but actually smaller. Idk these are just my two cents since you're contemplating. Hope this helps! ♥️

Here in the states there are mystery boxes / bags. My wife loves them. But it's like you said, you never know what you're really going to get. I would keep the green tea / wasabi colored top. It went well with the dress.

I liked everything except for the mermaid skirt, the first beige blouse, and the brown top. The color livened up your complexion and the crop style was flatterring. You could layer them with a tank or tee

I love Lucky bags! Anything in the camel department is full on down the run waves this year coming up. The crop shirts do you wear the big old man shirt under them. That’s why I like them so much.

The second bag was excellent!! Everything fit so well. Maybe you can keep the brown shirt by wearing a sweater/jumper over it or wear it with the cardigan and a scarf. I heard on the TV programme QI that horizontal stripes actually make someone look smaller.

In general buying clothes is a challenge in Japan, since the sizes are made for slender people. An advice to you Allison, when you buy a garment in Japan, measure the width of your shoulders, and you won't have a problem with the length of the sleeves.

I love lucky bag videos!! Can't wait for the next one! Also, I had no idea American Holic was so good???? I've glanced through there a couple of times but nothing has ever jumped out at me. But that skirt!!!! That cardigan!!!! So cute!! And I love the striped top. It seems different from your usual style, so maybe that's why you're conflicted? But it looks cute!! I'd wear it with skinny jeans or track pants and sneakers. I like the earth music and ecology bag in theory...actually the lavender cropped sweater is my favorite from that bag! The dress and coat are pretty, too! If you buy the same brands' lucky bags next year, it might be interesting to do a quick update somewhere in the video about the clothes from last year. If you kept them, donated/gifted/sold them, how many times you wore them, etc.

The striped top looks so comfortable, especially with the white cardigan. And you really should wear brown; it is in your color pallet and goes with so many of your other items in your wardrobe. Don't button the neck button. The blue skirt doesn't fit in, but of course looks comfortable for spring. Are lucky bags available only at certain times? or are they always available? The sweaters are great! The greenish yellow is a great one to grab and go on a cool spring night. The mermaid skirt would look awesome with a black band tshirt and combat boots or converse sneakers. Or a black sweater and black boots.
