It's a shame that the flame swordsman retrain cards has been overshadowed by the pricing controversy. They are my favourite cards from this set. Gotta love retrains.

They’re great, but nobody asked for them, and if they did..it’s ten years too late. You can pick them relatively cheap and everyone can play em, should have been the same for bonfire and triple tactics. It’s less about the price and more about the availability due to rarity bumps and short printing. It’s a problem that players have dealt with for awhile and shouldn’t be overlooked.

@@yamiletcruz3178 there can still be a chase for cards in higher rarity while having all cards be printed in lower realistically attainable rarities just look at the pokemon tcg

@@yamiletcruz3178 do you live under a rock? The OCG has multiple rarities of the same cards, on top of chase rarities. The TCG Community wants to play the game, not just collect the cards and get a high from ripping open packs. This game should be accessible to everyone, you collectors can go into credit card debt chasing high rarities for all I care.

I wish there was some sort of middlground. Retrains often fall into the trap of just being an extender of something else OR some or card advantage tool. The game has become so homogenized now.

I really like the Joey card retrains in here. Upgraded Flame swordsman and Kunai with chain. Transaction rollback is definitely an interesting trap

Love the Majespecter reprints! Both Bunbuku and Cyclone spiked after the new Majespecter cards in Phantom Nightmare were revealed, so I'm happy to see them reprinted.

My favorite card from the set is QCR Junk Warrior. I wish there was an Ulty print of him but at least now there’s an alt art QCR. Definitely want to add him to the collection and the reprint of Thrust

My favorite card in the set is probably the QCR Junk Warrior. CLASSIC anime card along with Flame Swordsman. The new big Flame Swordsman card is pretty sweet too.

Junk Warrior would probably be my favorite from the set. I mean the harder to pull cards or expensive cards would be cool but I love anime cards and when they get alt arts I definitely love getting them for my collection.

Transaction rollback has to be my favorite the fact you can use an opponents trap effect and then banish it to activate one trap effect that’s in your graveyard can help in a sticky situation

Well my favorite is the alt art Junk Synchron, that art looks sick and I'd love to get one if it's not crazy expensive. This set seems to be an usual CR set though... Thrust is a really big shortprint, same as any chase card, and some hyped cards are not as big as they seemed to be. Some interesting new cards for the Arcana and Earthbound though, which makes it a weird set, but yeah, I don't know what to think of this set yet. I do hope it brings interesting decks to the meta!
