Opening & Land Acknowledgement | NOFA-NH 2022 Winter Conference

The conference opened at 8:45 a.m. on February 6, 2022 with a ceremonial song of N'dakinna and land acknowledgement, presented by Paul and Denise Pouliot, Chief Speaker and Female Head Speaker for the Cowasuck Band of the Pennacook and Abenaki People. President of the NOFA-NH Board of Directors, Karl Johnson, welcomed everyone to the conference and shared news and thoughts on NOFA activities, as well as the upcoming week of workshops.
