Nice content. For me, I like how you zoom in on the holos. For those of us that may not get the opportunity to buy the ETB’s, sets, subsets, packs, etc, your videos give us a close view of the cards that other KZbinrs opening styles don’t. I live in Australia and cannot find an champions path ETB within 100km of where I live, we never get enough stock in aus and I had to buy one from America on eBay and it cost me $170 with shipping, gst etc. Doesn’t make me feel good your like “don’t spend a $100 on an ETB guys” lol and I spent almost double that.. dont get how eternatus is dark type in tcg, when he is a dragon/poison, double resists fight like frosmoth bug/ice type double weak to fire and rock, in tcg its water type people that came from the games and start playing tcg gets confused ahha

They aren't always good in the TCG. Most of the recent ones are actually pretty bad for the TCG. It's just the collector aspect people like. It's just a staple Pokémon I guess.

The rare holos patterns from this set and recent newer sets is absolute trash compared to the old holos it’s like shiny foil compared to the cosmo holos and other holos like swirl patterns on the vintage cards. Seems like Nintendo is super lazy when it comes to card quality and holo patterns

obstagoon dont have a gmax in the game bc hes paired with piers and piers dont believe in dynamax'ing, so in the tcg i wont imagine they give him a v/vmax, but he does have a shiny gold card (either in this set or vivid voltage)

Never played Pokemon but I did play Magic the Gathering and I enjoy watching people open packs, mostly watched Leonhart but his videos really do not go over the actual game. I learned more in this one video about the actual card game than I have in months watching Leonhart, stay awesome!

Yep. Never pulled a Charizard myself either except for base set back in 1999 when I was 10. hahaha My 'zard luck is terrible. I have opened 1 etb and got a dreadnaw vmax, and tons of regular holo's. So, eh. Not terrible but not good either haha.

I’ve been strictly a collector since I got into Pokémon in 99. Always played the games and stuff but never the TCG. Do you know a good resource for me to learned about building a deck and learning the card aspect of things?

I've been trying to get into educational videos for the TCG for noobies like I was last year. This makes me want to do it even more agghhh! Hahaha! For now I would say watching KZbin deck analysis videos will help a ton! If you don't already know how to play or don't already play online, download PTCGO it's an app for PCs or tablets and I think Android phones? That will take you through an interactive tutorial and start you with some theme decks. If you open packs in real life you can scan all of those code cards in online and open the pack online. You'll start an online collection in which you can build decks with and go from there! Then it's just building whatever deck you'd like to play! Hope this helps 🤗

Great set if you want to just collect pokemon cards. Long-term the value should be good, especially for the Charizards and unopened product. Bad set if you are looking for cards to put into decks and actually play the game.
