I think it's a three-way tie between gen 9, gen 5 and gen 3. Gen 9 because of all the Paradox pokemon, three of the swords of ruin, Flamigo, Farigiraf, Ogerpon and Archaludon. Gen 3 because of Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Salamence, Metagross, Pelipper, Torkoal, Milotic, Latios, and the mega forms of Gardevoir, Mawile, and Medicham Gen 4 might be up there, thanks to Cresselia, Heatran, Garchomp, Rotom Wash, Gastrodon, and Bronzong

Mewtwo. Basically every development of the game has nerfed it, outside of it's megas. New types, Special split, Bug/Ghost moves existing, other Pokemon getting actual Abilities, better psychic types being released (Calyrex-S). It also doesn't use Dynamax or Tera well either.

Be before starting video: Amoongus, followed by Landorus, then Tornadus (tied with Whimisoctt), then Thunderus. Hydreigon places well, Gothitelle lower end with Volcarona. Cofagrigus honorable mention. Hoping for Chandeulure and Serperior somewhere in there. Post Video: Right on Volcarona, I had Whimsicott too high, Gothitelle too low, Tornadus too high.
