It's time!! We are so excited to be opening our pool for the season and taking you guys along with us on the process. This pool was previously closed for 20+ years with a deck on top of it but we restored it back in the summer of 2021.

One tip is that those chemicals that you added in granular form must be dissolved in water from your pool in another container to stop them ending up in the filter!!!!

Just a note about your pool plant area. UV rays from the sun can degrade the pipes over time, causing them to get brittle. This could end up causing a leak at some point down the line. I would strongly recommend getting atleast a roof over the plant area to protect the pipework from the sun. Ideally it would be fully enclosed to prevent the sun from touching the pool equipment at all. Enclosing it would also dampen the sound from the pump.

You should switch your hanging chairs with your outside couch and chairs. Set those in that corner with the fire feature. That way your furniture isn't halfway behind your stairs, it would look more cohesive 🩷
