It's really dumb gambler mindset. We were told the odds you just take the chance and have to take the L just any other opening. I'm just thankful Rev does Heat sealed packaging so any possible scam resellers can't tamper with them

@@mr.brightside2665 yes exactly. But like any mystery product never purchased from third-party always purchase directly from the people who sell them otherwise there’s no guarantees that has not been tampered.

I think these are fun when you're in a slump and have felt like you've done enough tackling sets. I've actually done quite well with rev. I probably have a 40% hit rate of not getting green. I have a couple ordered but mine arrive on Monday. Hopefully get a little luck as you did.

@@PackageTotal hopefully you get one of the throwback or the rainbows that be super cool. I actually really like the addition of the throwback packs in this one. I think it’s worth the extra three dollars per mystery pack for sure on those.

Mystery packs are a gamble, if you don’t want to gamble go buy an ETB or buy singles of what you want 🤷‍♂️. Even if you get a good pack doesn’t mean you’ll get a hit

The Tera form Pokemon are pretty OP. Greninja EX is super good. Noctowl rare that’s coming out in the September set is going to be busted. Crazy ability.

At almost $10 a pack its a bit much. And the whole "10:1 chance" etc is just a gimmick. You can buy 20 and get all greens. If I were to buy packs I'd just go to costco and scoop up a bunch of their stuff when the packs are around $2 a pack. I have even seen sales where its $9.99 for 9 packs. If you have enough disposable income you do you and buy stuff like this. I do and still wont buy them. $500 for 50 packs from Rev or $500 for 250 - 500 packs from Costco?

That is deff a good way to look at it for a diff way to invest your money. But that’s why I do preface that these are not an investment and just for fun. It can be worth it if you open a base set pack or even plasma blast. Which both are possible in these mystery products. But I do agreee “investing” in these is a bad idea. It’s literally just for degen gambling fun. lol. The variance is extremely high.

Yes, I agree and I like the way that most of the bigger guys are very transparent about the way they create them and the specific products they get them from. I think they have done a very good job about being transparent over these last couple years with these type of products.
