@@HockeyFan102 we use OBS to record. We created two instances of OBS and record the camera on us and the camera on the cards separate! But you could just have a phone on you and a phone on the cards and then just overlay the two in editing software :)

Gotta predict a Mitch win here. Love these mystery packs because the odds of opening some really old packs are pretty good. Pulling a gold pack is like an opportunity to relive my childhood, or experience an era that was right after I stopped collecting as a kid.

@@PremierPokemon When I look at my old binders and collection, and I look at my new collection - and then I see vintage openings from Poketubers of eras I missed out on I often think about what my collection might look like if I had stuck with it. Even as a kid I knew to keep some things sealed. Basically for everything I bought, I would double it and keep the other half sealed. Even if I was just opening 1 pack I bought a second to keep. My collection spans Base Set, Jungle, and Fossil in English then I started getting in to Japanese because my local game shop had it and I was an impressionable kid. So the Team Rocket, Gym Heroes, and Gym Challenges stuff is all in Japanese. I still have a sealed display case of the Jungle Deck Builder boxes, a sealed 1st edition jungle booster box, sealed Sabrina and Blaine deck boxes from Gym Challenges (in Japanese) as well as a bunch of packs from each of those sets except for base set that have been sleeved and then sealed inside bubble mailers since 2000. Unfortunately with base set I was still just the kid who wanted to open every pack and see what was inside but after the "new" (they were new at the time) sets started to get released I realized it wasn't just a fad and I might want to hold on to some of it in the best condition possible. I have my opened stuff from back then in binders. Most of it went pack to binder but some are a little scuffed because I got them in cheap trades. I worry though because the binder is decades old, is a ring binder, and has a lot of wear and tear from being a kid. The cards are still in amazing condition (most would only get negative marks for centering) but I've been debating rebindering them because most of those cards were pulled from a pack and put in those binders in 1999 and 2000 so I worry about moving them around too much.

Any suggestions? Maybe rebinder them in to a more modern, card safe binder but do it with gloves on in a hermetically sealed chamber? My company has 3 of them, I could book a few hours in one any time I want since they're mine anyway. Lol! I just worry about too much handling of cards that have sat in the same sleeved pages for 24 years. When my nephew got me back in to collecting he asked about my old binders and I had to constantly remind him "Okay JJ, when you flip the pages please do it slowly and make sure you pull the pages away from the rings before turning. And we aren't taking any cards out of their sleeves okay?"
