I'm sure after all the love and support your parents have given you, Josh and the boys the way Josh is acting towards their daughter and grandkids has to hurt. I agree he needs to get a job so dont get it twisted. Also these vlogs not sure bout everyone else but one reason i watch is for him to see how good of a dad he is and how much he helps so give him credit for that. So some you tube money should be his in a way. Your talking about going on the trips you organized them so don't blame him if you didn't want to pay why plan it💁‍♀️You guys kissed on new year's. Went on a trip together without baby's and last vlog he stayed the night at your house so own up. From my point of view he just needs to work if thats the case than u should push the issue the rest is on you💁‍♀️ just saying if you wanna make it work dont lead him on.

Im not sure if you watched the whole video to the end but she even said they are starting over so if they are planning trips and staying the night with one another that's them starting things over. I think she just got fed up with the money aspect of it, they've been together so long I feel like he's just gotten comfortable with her and started slacking off a little and she wants to see him continue trying, such as getting a job. Yeah says every man to a stay at home mom. I dont get it.... Women apparently can do all but when the roles are reversed a man as to have a job to take care of his family. Its hypocritical. Also Josh watches the boys everyday while she is in school. Sure he can work at night but when would he sleep? Huh? It won't work unless they are willing to put the boys in daycare. Women are more versatile. It's much harder for men let alone a young teen dad to adjust to new norms. It amazes me how he fails school and people are being harsh about it instead of wondering why? Like is he struggling, is he having a hard time finding time to study, or is he overwhelmed..... None of us needed to hear this.... But we did because all youtubers can do is sit down videos during quarantine. She literally just made Josh look bad and it shows in the comment section that we all know he will read and that's sad.

Amber Holliday He might be doing all he can for the boys in terms of watching them and being involved in their life, but that doesn’t entitle him to her money. She’s a student, a worker, and a mother. But on top of that, she’s not even out of high school! Why is a girl this young somehow responsible for supporting him? Even if she is the mother of his children, all money she makes should go to her and the boys alone. If Josh wants to go on trips and go out with friends and spend money, either he needs to earn that money himself, get it from his parents, or go without. I don’t care how hard it is for him. She shouldn’t be the sole breadwinner when she’s not even out of high school. They should both be pulling their weight. If he’s not in school then he needs to be working, period, even if it’s just a couple hours in the evening after she gets home from school.

To Sophie: Sophie you are so so so mature for your age! Things are hard right now but they will get better 😊 Time will always pass, even the hard ones! Please know that you might not feel this, but you are super inspirational! I am so impressed by the way you manage to tackle everything on top of school! It's ok to take a break, or cry to refocus, sometimes you need that before getting back in your feet again. You go girl! To Josh: Remember that you are able to accomplish way more than your mind might tell you that you can handle. The sky's the limit! Stress can quickly overwhelm a person and take away the ability to be as open minded... I know this because I struggle with the same thing. I feel so overwhelmed that I think I'm doing everything to the best of my abilities, when in reality I could be doing more. Sometimes You have to take a step backwards, assess the situation, set your goals and priorities, and take action to reach them. You are an awesome dad and a great person! You've got this! To both of you: Y'all are so amazing! I love watching the twins as well as you both mature and grow, thank you for being so real with us ❤ 2019 sucked so bad for me, it seems like it was a little rough for y'all too. However, those babies still need clothes and food! So time to grow up and go to school or get a real job to provide for his children. Going home to chill or hang out with friends after his shift wouldn’t be an option! I’d seek child support because caring is only part of being a parent...still need to provide. My advice to him is to look into a trade!! Universities are overrated. That’s what my husband did and his pay allows me to stay home with the twins for now. PS. I totally understand you. But why is it when a man holds a job and the woman stays with the children it's okay. But if a woman works and the man doesn't he is all of a sudden not living up to societies expectations. I believe he should def help more with the children if this was the case but I'm still confused why all the comments are about him getting a job. Imagine if men held the mother of their children staying home with the kids to the same standards. Telling them they aren't equal or not doing enough because they don't bring home a paycheck or because they don't have a degree. These guys are super young parents, Mistakes are going to happen. Lessons will be learned. Yes you need money to live but I have seen these guys take trips and buy things they don't need which def means they are financially stable. Money shouldn't be an issue for them. The problem wasn't really surrounded by money in my opinion. Sophia felt like she was doing everything while Josh was doing very little. I really wish she would have kept this private but what else is she going to do when the only option is to stay indoors. That's why we got this video. Now the comments are nothing but telling Josh to get a job. I personally believe Josh thought KZbin would be their job. Not just hers but his too. Also Josh was watching the boys until she got home from school. So unless Josh worked a night job ,it wouldn't work and even then it wouldn't work because he would have to go straight to waking up with the kids as soon as he got off so Sophia could go to school. If he were lucky he would get 2 hrs of sleep. If Josh got a job they would need a babysitter for him to work days. No one thought about that did they. Sure you can buy your kids nice things but it will break or they will out grow it but what stays around for forever is the bond between a child and their parents.

I agree Josh needs to step up, but this is a sexist comment. Imagine if someone told you to establish yourself as “somewhat of a woman” for not doing something such as wearing makeup or dresses.

I understand this so much, I’m going through something similar with my boyfriend, we have a baby together and our communication is so bad. I understand feeling like the other person is not doing enough and they feel like they are. But also have that connection to each other. I relate to this so much and hearing another teen mom talk about this makes me feel understood, even if it’s by someone I don’t know. I’m glad you shared this because I needed to hear someone else say it out loud.

Do your best to be independent, and make sure he is not dependent on you (especially financially). There is absolutely nothing wrong with not sharing money, even if you are together for years to come. The respect you'll gain from his independence will be very valuable to your relationship.

And this whole “shift” thing is bogus. You go to school, and come home and parent. YOU are 100% busy with non stop responsibility, where his parenting responsibility is just considered “shifts”. Your maturity and the way you seek to live out your life, parenting and relationship is inspiring and can be a lesson to us all. I am rooting for you and Josh. Sometimes making a relationship work means letting go of your preconceived notions about what a relationship is and forming new ones together. You guys seem to have the ability to love and respect one another and work and parent together at a very young age through some super challenging times. You are great parents and your kids are blessed to have the both of you so involved. They will learn from how you live and love. Glad you are sharing where you’ve been so others can learn. It is bold and brave of you to hold out on spilling everything in anger and emotion as it has come up and to instead let things gradually work their way out. I am sure there are some who have been nosy for more details but you have been smart in waiting it out. I wish you both success and love!
