That's why I have been watching you for over a year. A great mix. Removing the cuteness for a second! What I really enjoy is the real world advice and tips and non of the "brewing a coffee" or "look at the amazing view we woke up to" nonsense that others do. Keep up the real world vlogs. Our dog Zoe has a similar story...Zoe is a rescue dog approximately 3 yrs old. Possibly abused as she is skittish and doesn't care for men! She has grown on us, and enhances our life. She loves spending outside with my husband, and follows me around everywhere. Thanks for reminding us of your Trinity story!

We had a Boston Terrier who had a bowel obstruction and had to have surgery. Our vet shared with us that bones and toys that have strings like the one you showed are some of the worst things for dogs. They told us that the strings were the worst. Just sharing because I would hate for you to have the wonderful vet bill we did. That surgery was close to 1K and that was around 7 or 8 years ago.

That was a good day for her & you (Kalyn) 😂. I'm no ice. I'm going to add that audience should be considered too... I worked at a veterinary teaching hospital & every spring we had Open House. This was an opportunity for the community & schools K-12, FFA& Ag groups to come visit. This one time, a group of kindergartners were walking by a dog that was under general anesthesia. One of the kids asked what was wrong with the doggie & the anesthesia tech said, "Oh, we put him to sleep." In less than a moment, a dozen faces fell, then they all started wailing. I don't know how long it took the teacher & parents to calm them down. The tech couldn't get out of there fast enough. 😉😄🐾🐾

The beaches are empty due to us Floridians are cold. The only people on the beach over here ( Melbourne ) are Canadians. The butterflies fly to Mexico for the winter ( mating ) and come back in the spring.

Our rescue is the best dog! Not sure who adopted who, but he had an issue with me at first. I think the lady who gave him up yelled at him. But we worked thru it. Some of our dog’s favorite treats are ice cubes. lol, as well as baby carrots and fresh green beans. One has a penchant for tomato’s on the vine. If trinity likes to chew, a large nylabone is always a good buy. So glad you shared the story! I dont remember you sharing the whole story last year. Homemade dog food is great, but may be too time consuming with your lifestyle. It’s obvious she is loved and found the perfect home 🐾♥️

My heart kept hoping no one would take her. Yes that is just how we do our Smokey. She is the first dog I have ever had and I lost all my old “before dog” prejudices. She can lick my hand and I don’t run to wash it immediately. lol I still do not allow my face to be licked, can’t go that far though my husband likes it. 🤪 we got her 7/28/2021 and she was likely four years old according to the vet. She has been the best thing that happened to my husband and me. She has brought us so much joy and a shared love of something else.

@ yes!!! So did mine. By that time I was already invested in Trinity. I knew if I, a cat lady for forty years, could become a soft as mush dog lady that they (read Joseph) would as well. Did you chuckle with me when he said no way to Trinity on the couch or bed? 🤪🤪🤪 I knew he’d crack sooner or later. He’s such a softie. In a good way. Trinity is so blessed to have Kalyn and Joseph. They are such animal lovers.

I had a rescue who sadly passed away last June. Prairie was maybe??? 14 when she passed. Anyway, If I stopped for a strawberry milkshake at a fast food place and she was in the truck with me, I had to ask for a flat soda lid, instead of the dome style lid the milkshake usually came with. Those dome lids have a huge hole for the straw, which doesn't keep a dog's tongue from stealing the milkshake while I ran into the feed store to buy alfalfa for my goats.

I have a good truck but I'm down to 6 grand in my savings. Always looking for house and dog sitting gigs. You've been very helpful and fun to watch. Be well and stay safe

Look around you at the beautiful fall colors in the trees! It is a hidden gem. LOL That's the way I felt about Northern Cascades National Park. The first time we went, there were fires burning and lots of smoke. I found a waterfall and it was a trickle. I was expecting cascading waterfalls. Nope. Just a trickle. Part of the reason was that it was in the fall and it hadn't rained or snowed in quite a while. But the name had me fooled as I was expecting that it was always cascading waterfalls everywhere all the time. 🤔🤨

I started watching a little before you got Trinity. I subscribed pretty quickly so she was not the reason I started watching. You 2 are the reason for me and the quality of the videos you make. I now know where in Baker you were and I had no idea it was free. Since this is about cheap and free RV'ing, we will all need your brother's address so we can all go moochdock there too. ;-) The waterfall was a disappointment. I too expected more and the sinkholes weren't impressive either. i think they should have refunded the $5.00. Did that gate guard not realize the superstars visiting his park? ;-) I did enjoy Trinity inhaling the whipped cream. That was quite fun. Still waiting for you to try a double pb&j sandwich I recommended lol. I did also think you were putting trinity down with the "you're getting a shot" and I'm like "NOOOOO" In Wisconsin there's Pewitt's Nest that used to be a very cool hidden place, then the state made it an official park and installed a bunch of fences and "no you can't go over here" areas... and kept the same small 10-space parking lot. Now on a summer weekend cars are parked bumper to bumper a quarter mile down the highway there are SO many people. I haven't gone there in like 15 years now. Hopefully that spot in Florida stays the way it is, it's nice.

I think it's got a decent shot at staying that way simply because it's 3 miles of narrow - mostly dirt roads to get there. You have to really want to be out there to camp there. -J
