I didn't realize how hateful this community was of graphics. Or, at least, openly willing to critique it in the rudest way possible. I thought it'd be more like Minecraft resource packs, where most people don't particularly express their opinion but enjoy interesting packs due to the hard work put into them.

This looks so pretty and easy in my eyes, basically gorgeous btw did you make this on scenario editor?,I mean the whole map excluding the trains?

Yes, I used the flat terrain scenario and 2 cities. I wanted to build these industries close together so that it would be easy to show them. Trains: NUTS Unrealistic Train Set 0.7.8. Thanks for visiting my channel 💗

You need to look for 32bpp trains set and include it to ur NewGRF setting. At that time (when I was recording) I had only Nuts trains. If u don't mind 8bpp then u can use whatever set u like.

Any chance you could list which NewGRFs you're using? I use the YETI industries expansion and I'm pretty sure I currently have the NUTS train sets in, but those rails, stations, and even city buildings in your game look really nice at 32bpp.

Did you installed 32bpp zBase? Because all graphic for towns and stations are there. wiki.openttd.org/Playing_with_32_bpp_graphics I use this version of openTTD : media.wcsaga.net/keldorkatarn/OpenTTD_LetsPlayEdition_32bit.zip (there is 64bit version as well) It got great things like programmable signals, extended timetable and many other good staff. For this recording I used only those: OpenGFX+Airports V5584 Usless Tracks MariCo v0.33 01.01.2016 SNO - Supercheese's NewObjects BeachObjjects v1.2 ModernMaglev Trains 1.1 NURS Unrealistic TrainsSet v0.3.7 Original vehicles cargo set GermanRoad Vehicle Set v0.3 alpha 17 Squid Ate FISH 2.0.2 PlaneSet 1.5.3 YETIExtendedTowns and Industries 0.1.4

Thanks for the links! I'd somehow completely forgotten that zBase exists. Will check out the Let's Play edition you linked to as well. Funny how after so many years, this game still draws us in eh. :)

Thnx for watching. I use NUTS Unrealistic Train Set 0.7.8 It has to be this version. Newest versions have 32bpp removed. I explained this in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/laq5dXVje7xqfas However only maglev trains (some of them) have 32bpp.

Hi, I have installed Yeti, zbase, nuts and PURR but I cannot reach nice quality graphic on extra zoom of the vehicles?? Are you using another, additional grf for set of trains and wagoons?

I used NUTS 0.7.8 (or earlier version) in that video. Next versions of that set have extra zoom (32bpp) removed. CZTR have nice 32bpp vehicles. Download them directly from game. Put into filter box CZTR and download all they have. It still require polishing but it works. If you can't find NUTS 0.7.8 get it from ny cloud: drive.google.com/open?id=1dIBbQB_Ea5kx43GSlXB-bioqbSetIUsJ A lot of trains in that NUTS version 0.7.8 are in 8bits. Mainly maglev like GLowstx, Neon, Blood, MF Torture, Biomechanic Horce, Pet Destroyer, Hellbender and Get Heavy should be in 32bits. Now wagons like Universal and Express for maglev are as well 32. Rest is in 8bit. If you are Polish, we can correspond in Polish. ​@@jewoGRFS dzieki serdeczne za obszerne wyjaśnienia..wciąż szukam optymalnej koniguracji graficznej :)..po czasie doczytałem że NUTS od wersji 0.7.9 zrezygnował z 32bpp..ale już znalazłem 7.8. niestety jak piszesz, troche rozczarowany ze w sumie glownie maglevy w 32bpp..lubie grac od wczesniejszych lat..CZTR paczka jak najbardziej znana, trzeba będzie skorzystać :), ale dzięki za tipsa odnośnie configa, bo musiałem ręcznie kasować plik nowszego NUTS'a.. Pozdrawiam

@@jewoGRFS też się zastanawiałem czy publicznie powinniśmy pisać po polsku czy angielsku, żeby było "dla potomnych" ale Twoje tłumaczenie po angielsku jest najważniejsze :)

Ja wiem że mój angielski kuleje ale że z wiekiem nauka staje się trudniejsza więc nie liczę na to że będę w tym lepszy. Definitywnie, dzięki temu youtube'owemu hobby mój angielski się poprawił ale nigdy nie będzie perfekcyjny. Stąd moje dziwne tłumaczenia. Ale teraz już się tym nie przejmuję. Inteligentny zrozumie co chcę powiedzieć (albo zignoruje) i tylko głupiec mnie obrazi, ale to ostatnie mnie już nie rusza. Zresztą jak zaczynałem mój kanał to miało to być tylko na chwilę, do czasu jak rozwiążemy Shaffler Mystery z Watch Dogs 2 i wtedy wcale nie zamierzałem gadać po angielsku i nawet nie zamierzałem kontynuować kanału po rozwiązaniu tamtej ukrytej misji. Kanał głównie służył mi do pokazywania 'podejrzanych' lokalizacji z perspektywy 'z poza mapy' bo w tym byłem dobry (koledzy z teamu dochodzeniowego nazywali mnie wtedy GlichMaster :) ) Dziś tych klipów już nie ma bo stały się niepotrzebne. Teraz w sumie to i tak już nic nowego nie robię. Moja przygoda z YT chyba zakończyła się na dobre. Zresztą wysiłek włożony w filmy przynosi malutkie efekty, np filmy są oglądane przez około 10-15 % czasu trwania wideo, więc chyba się do tego nie nadaję i odpuszczam aktywne działanie. Sorrki, nie zamierzałem się rozpisywać, ale jakoś tak wyszło przy porannej kawie. Jeszcze raz dziękuję za wizytę na moim skromnym kanale. Jeśli jakkolwiek pomogłem to szczerze się cieszę. Miłej zabawy z OpenTTD.

This may be a problem with the version. In this clip I played the Jokers Patch Pack, but recently I played the vanilla version 1.9.3 and everything was fine. Just make sure your zBase and YETI replacement NewGrfs are up to date.

People play OpenTTD even on mobiles so you should be fine. Requirements are quite low. Check this link: wiki.openttd.org/System_Requirements

I understand your point of view. One of the reasons I don't buy any new games anymore (like Far Cry 6) is because I don't have a computer that can play such games smoothly. But the YETI 32bpp works smoothly with my hardware.

To have it work you need NewGRF's: YETIExtended Towns and Industries NUTS Unrealistic Train Set You should be able to download them from 'Check Online Content' option in game (use NUTS as filter to find them both) It should work after NUTS is added to your active NewGRF's. Enjoy YETI :)

try here: wiki.openttd.org/Playing_with_32_bpp_graphics But first try trough game. Click on NewGRF settings. Then click on Check Online Content. Use filter - put there YETI and you should get YETI Extemded Towns and Industrie. Select it then click on Download.
