Bobby Vala actually talked about why Knees and Elbows don't always look like the rest of the figure. They use a very different plastic. One that "self lubricates" the joint. But this plastic has different characteristics then the rest of the figure. It does not like paint real well and can't take a lot of subtle texturing. But you need it unless you want NECA and Super7 tier joints breaking. The head looks to be on a Ball Disk. WHich is great for looking up.
