Cranking on fabricating bucks for Bill Merklein to sculpt on. He’ll be adding plumber’s seal epoxy to these articulated armatures soon! I thought you all might enjoy seeing this step of the process, so here goes.
If you’re a Kickstarter backer and can’t find your BackerKit link, you can recover your survey here: operationrecall.backerkit.com/
Not in on the fun yet? The Operation: Recall BackerKit Pre-Order store is open to the public! Please feel free to share this store link with friends and family, so they can join the Operation: Recall Army: operationrecall.backerkit.com...

Cool babies You got there! But then again a lot of manhours You need to invest into all of those parts as well? So You talk about specific time required for each part of the process ( washing, baking etc ), do You put all parts of one figure at go, or do they all need to be done separately?I am also curious about this scaffolding - is it going straight to waste, or can You reuise somehow, like, is there a way ( and sense ) to recycle it?

I’m doing one full buck at a time. It’s about 2 hours of work all in. I’d say moving it through the steps is half that, and then trimming/sanding/polishing the cured parts is the rest. Unfortunately, the base plate floor and the “scaffolding” supports are all waste. Once the resin is cured, it is what it is and cannot be used again.

cool, but if China doesn't stop trying to make war then you will have to find another factory in Mexico to make action figures because if a war breaks out this year then all your hard work will go down the drain, and all the money we invested in you will be lost, so if China doesn't make war this year then they might next year, so it's a very unstable situation, so I urge you to really look for a factory in Mexico to make them since G.I.Joe action figures where made in Mexico before or you should try to look into maybe even India since they made funskool gijoes there, I don't want to see everything lost when we are so close to the finish line, so maybe China will hold off but no matter what China will be going to war with the western countries, it's only a matter of time from what the latest Military reports show, but then China is really stupid for doing this because America trades a lot with China, but China wants to dominate the world and go to war instead of buying up the world, so they will lose massive assets if they go to war with America and then if they do try to nuke America then China will also suffer since North America has over 444 nuclear plants and if they melt down the world dies, So the Communists of China must be super stupid to want to nuke us or make war,

I’m open to considering a North American factory that can deliver comparable product for a similar price.
