I love stuff like this, just don’t like the costs involved, nor the ol lady thinking she knows what i should be doing. But the outcome is always a reward!!! Pretty jealous of the ability to leave the toilet seat up!!!!

Throughout all the demolitions, there is such a beautiful window. Save it please. Maybe for xmas i will buy you a CSA approved stepladder. Lol.

Yes my Sweet Friend .. that window .. although cracked .. should survive the renovation.. re-framed. Cut Glass windows seem to be rare.. LoL.. i have a friend's ladder here.. with ceilings at only 7' 8" .. the chair works best (and one leg was on a bit of plywood in that clip).
