Dee Bradley Baker is the VA. He voices all the clones from clone wars, perry the platypus, most if not all the animals from ATLA including appa and momo, and so many more. He is a fucking legend. He did the voice with out really any filters or anything either just raw fucking talent.

No ai in halo is not over 10 years besides some forerunner ai like mendicant bias or offensive bias. The cortana ai even tho being based of a young of age doctor Halsey is technically only 8 years old. By halo 4 and like 3-4 years old during halo 2. It's like if someone physically look 28 but was 16 they're still a minor even tho they look like a of age person.
