For zener diode[1.27], Vo = -10v Hence, Voltage across 10 ohm resistor is (-10v). While the given break down voltage is 3.2v. 3.2> -10 v. Then, why does the zener diode considered as open circuit with break down? Isn’t it only open circuit?

The current through zener doide should be from + ve terminal to - ve terminal but u considered current from -ve to +ve .

If you see the operation of Zener diode, it is operated in reverse bias (as a voltage regulator). In the forward bias condition, it will act as a normal diode. In the reverse bias, when the voltage across it is more than the Zener breakdown voltage, it conducts and before that, it remains an open circuit in the reverse bias condition. It’s a Zener diode. In forward direction it works like a normal diode but in the reverse direction when the voltage across it is more than the breakdown voltage then voltage across it remains constant.
