The U.S does not need 391. We need democracies to have a combined total. This is inherently a distributed force (more difficult to degrade). So many of these other countries have lifted their capacity and capability in the past decade and continue to accelerate (STH Korea, Japan, Australia etc).

Mad respect for every person on the team, but it did little in the way of a call to arms.
