there is a mistake in ur step-3 looping ,in the table 3rd row and 3rd column the cost u hav written is 8 which was 7 in your previous table..btw its great video helpful and easy to understand..

SIR,i have done one problem on this method bt i m not getting all negative values in oppurtunity cost for unoccupied cells after performing 1st looping operation...so my question is sir do i have to find one more loop and perform the step till i get all negative values..if so hw to mininze the steps

Sir , on what basis was the looping decided??? shouldn't the u1v1 cell be selected as it would yield 45 instead of the chosen one, or is it that we should select the least valued allocated cell?
