I've been playing PUBG for about 100 hours now, and I'm very let down by the game and it's studio. I don't feel like the game is going anywhere, nor do I feel like the developers care about making the game better. Do you think this game would scratch the itch I have for a realistic milsim which can be played solo? Does the developer of this game have a plan for the game going forward once it's out of beta or early access? Tarkov looks like a LOT of fun, but the price of entry is pretty steep for something that is in beta with no promise of a future. What are your thoughts?

Playing solo is easily possible. I myself have for the past 2 wipes, and while it is scary to run into a squad, I never feel completely helpless. It's not so much the arma 3 type of realistic milsim as, for example, rainbow six siege, or pubg. The devs have been consistently improving the game for two years, although, even if they have made statements saying what they want to add in the future before they can take it out of early access, they always seem to be 'coming soon' with no specified date. But if you want something that gets the blood pumping in the same way as pubg, tarkov will absolutely do that.
