Immediately as the song started playing, my mind went, "oh, it's THAT song!" Didn't even know it was Opeth. So unique and identifiable! And fantastic song overall! :D

They formed in 1990,with the first album coming out in ,1995.

Opeth are incredible. There are eras of this band. The first era is the blackened death metal era with (Orchid, and Morningrise) Next is the death metal era with (My Arms Your Hearse, Still Life, Blackwater Park, Deliverance, Ghost Reveries, and Watershed) Damnation was also released in this era but is a full clean album. Next the third and final era is the Prog rock era with (Heritage, Pale Communion, Sorceress, and In Cauda Venenum) Blackwater Park is there biggest album and I recommend Bleak, The Drapery Falls, and Blackwater Park. Sorry if this is a lot.

Opeth is , i think, from 1992 and they had another front Singer. A year later mikael akerfeld become the leadsinger since now

You're kinda spot on with the '80s singer comparison, as Mikael has stated his biggest vocal influence is David Coverdale of Deep Purple and Whitesnake.

That was still one of the greatest concerts I've ever been to. I've seen better line ups, but Red Rocks is unmatched as a venue, Devin, Gojira, and Opeth all tore it up, and I'll have the moments to relive forever in audio and video form. On the intro: Opeth's background has a lot of jazz influence, and their use of keys reminds me a lot of Deep Purple, another previously stated influence.

Your video popped up in my recommended. Since I love the song, I gave it a watch. Good video, good reaction, but that ugly red stain on your arm killed it for me. LOL. Go Blue!
