hello there ma'am, i have a question i'd like to ask, and it would do me wonder if you can answer this for me. so as we know in VKC there is a downward pressure to the underlying layer of conjunctiva, but how does this happens exactly? and as i know, the infiltration of eosinophils would released a epitheliotoxic proteins, is it somehow related?
