Yea, Danny and Sandy 4 ever gets my vote for fav too Kelli! I love all the shimmer and holo shades in that polish. I’m not an orange fan despite living in Florida. The blue at the end was also gorgeous. Love OPI! Especially the one coat opaques. I’ll never give up my license since I get a nice discount for being a pro. Sadly way too old to practice now though. I’ve always missed the work and will never forget the five years it took me to get over having to leave it. SNIFF! Thanks for a great review.

I like OPI products, but they’re just a tad pricy for me. I really love their gel topcoat. I noticed back when I was getting my acrylics put on, that the nail guy used the OPI gel topcoat. Always left a very long-lasting gorgeous shine. You always do the best reviews on things. I don’t even really use regular polishes, much preferring gels, but after your reviews I always want ALL THE COLORS! Lol

i know this comment is from a year ago but if you have a gabe's or a burkes local to you they always have opi polishes on sale for $3.99. i got a couple of the grease polishes from there recently and they also tend to have the ones with the more novelty textures since i guess they don't sell as well at retail price.

Hahaha I'm very slow apparently - I had somehow gotten it in my head (seeing the title) that the collection was "grease grease inspired" like there are chrome ones, liquid metal, etc... And I was like "are they gonna be super shiny or something?" And then starting with the second polish I was noticing the "musical grease" inspired polish names and it STILL took me like 3 or 4 polishes to recognize that THE MUSICAL was the inspo for the collection! 😂🤣😅☺ Oh well I'll blame it on my massive cold and the medication I'm taking for it 😅 This really is a "something for every season " kind of collection! I LOVE Grease and was so excited for this collection. I ended up buying hopelessly and the black, leather-like T-bird colors. I was so disappointed. Even after 3 coats of the hopelessly color there were still some streaks; totally not worth it. I was surprised because OPI is one of my go-to brands. It seemed like they spent more time on the names than the formulas. Thanks for sharing all the colors and your thoughts.

I got the mini four pack and it included don't cry over spilled milkshakes, was it all just a dream, pink ladies rule the school and you're the shade that I want. The magenta/berry one was fun and lovely and then I tried the pink and thought it was too pepto (not a pink nail poish person to begin with). The white/off white looks good and I think I'm going to put on the minty one next.

Awesome you are swatching this, I found about six of the colours at Marshalls yesterday, a bunch of the lighter ones. No idea why they were there already. I really want Danny and Sandy 4 Ever, and Tell Me About It Stud. I love the movie, I was on my homecoming float senior year along with my best friend. We decorated it like a giant record, wore poodles skirts and danced the hand jive to We Go Together, and threw candy to the crowd. That was in '94 and I've watched it so many times since then, it's such good memories for me. I understand how you feel though, my dad drove me crazy listening to the whiny band The Cure in the 80s-90s and I still cringe and change the station fast as I can when its on...We go together like rama lama lama ka dinga da dinga dong...always be together...😘

I actually won't pick up any of these because I hate that film, but I hate it because in the film Sandy has to change her whole beliefs and personality for others to accept her, and it is just such a bad message to give people and especially children. Great swatches! How does that teal come off? I have a very similar, slightly brighter teal from a brand called collection and it's the absolute devil! Even being really careful to swipe straight up with the remover it bleeds in to the cuticles and stains them a zombie green :D It was so bad I actually complained to the brand and they sent me some eye shimmer pens :D

Yeah teal is rough to get off. Have you watched my video on proper nail polish removal? It's in my 101 playlist - basically the only method I use for finicky teal, black, red polishes that stain the cuticles!
