A couple of the shimmers are really pretty but I’m lucky if I can get 12 hours out of OPI polishes. It doesn’t matter what base and top coats I wear their formula just doesn’t agree with my nail chemistry.🤷🏻‍♀️😫

Ok that 2015 VENICE COLLECTION is one of my all time favorite collections ever. I think many people became easily obsessed. Gelato on my mind, Be there in a prosecco, tiramisu for two, I cannoli wear Opi(especially this one!!), It's a Piazza cake, Purple palazzo pants.... Ommmmgg so many instant classic shades. For me to own more than 6 of 1 collection it has to be good, and yes it was one of their BEST collections ever.... I'm so happy you mentioned it... This collection I only got Leonardo's Model Color... I have to revisit these to see if I'd want anymore.

I really like this collection but I only ordered 3: Duomo Days, Isola Nights; My Italian Is a Little Rusty, and Suzi Talks With Her Hands. You would THINK that being red head I'd have a ton of those rusty reds, but the ONLY thing I have even close is Color Clubs My Favorite Flannel. And I don't even think they're going to be that close. Also, fun fact....this will be my FIRST "Suzi" nail polish. I had Suzi Shops and Island Hops but I hated the formula so I gave it away and replace it with Mod About You. PS....I tried bullet journaling. I really did. I even MADE my own journals and planners and honestly, I used them for about a month and then never picked them up again. I tried it for about 4 years in a row. Honestly, I think I'm just a notebook hoarder. I was cleaning out a dresser the other day and, no lie, I found about 5 blank journals. Admitting it is half the battle, right?

I really dislike the color orange. I will wear it in nail art to complete a rainbow or paint a pumpkin in the fall. But 'Have Your Panettone and Eat it too' looks too bold and rich to pass up! Probably my favorite of the collection. It's truly beautiful and I'm just blown away! I got into Amanda Rach Lee during quarantine too! I don't bullet journal just because I have nothing to organize in my life. But I want to fill all these blank journals now with weekly spreads and quotes and box shadowing Lol! Sorry for being such a novis... But as I understand it, OPI always comes out with every colour in two different versions, one called nail lacquer and one called infinite shine, the latter being a bit more expensive... Now I get that the marketing USP is to say the infinite shine will last longer and bla bla... But then Kelli always uses the nail lacquer it seems for her swatches and reviews... So for all you who know a lot more than me about this: What is really the difference between these two versions?

Just a heads up for anyone ordering online, the two orange shades; Have Your Pannetone and Eat It Too, and My Italian Is A Little Rusty look a fair amount more brown than in the video and do seem to dry a little bit darker than how they look in the bottle.

While I'm not super into the pearl finishes, I decided to throw a matte topcoat on one that I own and OMG I was in love. It comes off as more of a suede type finish with a matte tc. Try it if u can't bring yourself to love the pearls.
