I want to say its from the mid and early 90s but im not certain. After like '05 tho Howard's show seems pretty stale where as these guys were staying innovative and silly. I cant say they didnt rip stuff off of howard or vice versa but the two shows definitely went down different paths. Its almost like Howard seen the political battlefield and said i better town this shit down a bit, where as these guys said how can we get our show fired??
