This guy cruising the parks in the video reminded me of back in the late 70s early 80s there was a 4 or 5 block stretch downtown where after dark gays would cruise up and down it. If they saw another male they would flash their lights. If "interested" the other driver would flash his and they would follow each other to a nearby graveyard and hookup.
