The one to the right of Ted Bundy is Andrei Chikatilo the movie Citizen X (1995) is about him. He killed kids and retarded young adults who rode the train in Soviet Russia.

Homicide clearance rates in many cities are at an all-time low, like 26% in Chicago I want to say maybe lower
@billylee3767 жыл бұрын
No matter how good the science is, there is only so much money and man-hours to go around. Then add corruption and incompetence to the mix. Couple that with a population of shiftless, welfare-grubbing...uhh "Democrat voters". Very happy I moved away from the city.
@lithium237 жыл бұрын
What is odd is that the homicide clearance rate was way higher decades ago when there wasn't DNA or cameras on every corner and there were more homicides.

I love how the pics are of the world serial killers in U.S. history. Yes they got caught but they got away with several before the authorities were on to them. It's not like someone was drunk one night in 1988 and ran someone over and fled the scene and were finally caught in 2017.
