@@evansgate it's incredibly selfish on his part, both to other movie-goers and also to his child. The loud explosions & subwoofers rumbling the theater is inevitably going to scare the baby enough to make it start screaming and ruin the experience for others. When I'm in a public place with my 7 month old and he starts crying, I do feel bad for disturbing others, but priority #1 is to make sure he's ok/comfortable. I can't imagine being like "oh sweet, the Batman premier is tonight. Sure my baby is going to be terrified & confused but I've been waiting to see this movie for awhile so fuck it".
