I'm a Jimmy and Anthony guy first and foremost.... They are both doing a decent job of defending their standpoints. Jimmy def will have a soft spot for the comics and others have said that opie did occasionally make guys wait too long even mainstays like Patrice. It had to be tough to make these judgement calls I mean Louis CK, bill Burr, Patrice, etc etc... I honestly don't think it was intentional but Jimmys gonna back up HIS GUYS..... The problem here is that Opie as the "point guard" should be aware that obviously Jimmy is going to back up HIS GUY... Jim was left without Antony to joke around with, and Sirius is still keeping him, and giving him a raise. Which would mean that he is doing fine . Not amazing, not OandA, but fine. Antony is also have success on his own. Any show, and podcast that had both Antony and Jimmy on, was amazing to watch and flew by. Nobody talks to Opie, anymore. Allegedly he was terrible to work with, was not happy with jimmy or ant, staff hated him. Management wanted him gone. He snapped at interns and guests. He didn't wash his hands when he left the bathroom. He wasn't funny and would ruin bits, just to talk to truckers. And if he toned down any of that stuff, and just be there, help the funny prople out, a bit. We would still have the o and a show. But the last year of OandA, thry wouldn't even talk. And as soon as amAnt was fired, Jimmy and Opie had a huge fight. Which would indicate that maybe Opie was the problem.
