@Blaine The Train No, it was a concept album about heroin addiction. Bruce Springsteen is also on it as a guest musician. There is a song about dragging out a girl who overdosed into the street and hiding her in a dumpster. The album came out in 76 and since Nikki already borrowed the lighting of his boots on fire from Blackie Lawless it is plausible that he would fabricate his drug experiences.
